PSO came in to bat first & were off to a shaky start. Despite loosing a wicket early on they were scoring at a healthy rate. Muhammad Asif & Waqas Afzal put up a solid partnership right at the top. Waqas Afzal departed after scoring 29 runs off 18 deliveries. The bowlers then managed to pickup a couple of quick wickets. HaqDad came in & he scored 21 off 13. Muhammad Asif followed him soon as je played a sublime knock of 51 runs off 42 deliveries. The bowlers then managed to pickup a wicket at regular intervals at the death overs not allowing the batsmen to settle in. Muhammad Anas Waheed, Salman Asif & Usman Ashraf picked up a couple of wickets each. PSO posted a total of 151 runs for the loss of 8 wickets.
Mavericks came in to chase this target & were off to a disastrous start loosing 4 wickets inside the powerplay. Saad Asif came in & he took the attack towards the bowling attack. The bowlers kept on picking up wickets at quick successions form the other end but Saad Asif seemed completely unfazed as if he was batting on a completely different pitch. He middled the ball from the word go & single handedly took the game away from the bowlers as he played a sublime knock of 105 runs off 64 deliveries. Bilal Shah lead the bowling attack picking up 3 wickets. He found good support from Ovais Karni who picked up a couple of wickets.
