Shan Foods Vs TRG
TRG batted first against Shan Foods and were off to a decent start in the first innings with their opening pair. Mohsin Khan and Tahir Hasan scored 17 and 19 runs respectively, giving their side a good head start in the game. Arsal Ali kept the scoreboard ticking and scored fiery cameo of 30 runs. The team however struggled with the bat, losing wickets in regular intervals. Yasir Sharif and Syed Asad Ali were the last contributors for their side with 18 and 21 runs respectively. TRG bowlers did well to restrict the opposition, taking wickets at key times. Danish Farooqui picked up 3 wickets while Maqsood also took 2 wickets to rattle the opposition. TRG scored a total of 148 runs in 20 overs.
Shan Foods was off to a bumpy start after losing Syed Rafi for only 5 runs, at an early stage in the innings. Syed Sheraz covered some damage and scored 13 runs. Adnan Siddiqui then stepped in to lead the recovery, giving the chase a little boost with his knock of 31 runs. Abu Bakr kept the momentum going contributing a cameo of 20 runs. Furqan Majeed however sealed the victory for his side with a match winning knock of 39 runs to get his team over the line. TRG bowlers fought hard with Sabih Ahmed and Asad picking up 3 and 2 wickets respectively but it wasn't enough to defend their team's total. Shan Foods chased down the target in 19 overs.
