Sons of Pitches batted first against Paracha CC and had rough day out with the bat. With the exception of Farhad Khan and Kumail Ally who scored 39 and 33 respectively, none of the other batsmen were able to effectively contribute runs. The damage was done largely due to Salman Paracha's brilliant spell of 4 wickets, keeping the pressure on the opposition at all times. The rest of the bowling unit chipped in and Sons of Pitches ended at 159 for 7 in 20 overs.
In response, opener Atif got Paracha CC off to a decent start with his knock of 38. The team seemed well on their way to chasing down the total Salman Paracha also knocking 23 runs and Moin's brilliant half century that put Paracha CC well oncourse. However there was severe miscommunication on the field resulting in 4 run outs and Paracha CC fell short of the target by just 7 runs. They ended at 152 for 6 in 20 overs.
