Strikers CC batted first and were off to a rocky start, losing their opener Waqar Saleem for duck! Yasir Tanveer then stepped in to score a scintillating 69 runs to stabilize the innings. Wickets fell in regular intervals but the scoreboard kept ticking with cameos by Nadeem Akthar (21) and Saad Shah (26). Shahid Nepal and Kamil were the key bowlers, picking up 2 wickets and limiting the opposition. Strikers CC set a target of 153 in 20 overs.
Vanthali A XI had a shocking start, losing both their openers for duck! The team was reeling at 0/2 before Kamil stepped in to stabilize the innings, contributig 39 runs with the bat. The team was unable to recover and take control at any point and lost wickets regularly. Noman Ampara was the only other notable contributor for his side, scoring 31 runs. Strikers CC bowlers were aggressive and on the attack with Nadeem Akthar, Saad Shah and Waqar Saleem destroying the opposition, taking a combined 7 wickets.
