Sumya Builder & Gladiators came in to bat first & were off to a flying start. Their openers Haris Altaf & Rameez Mehboob put up a partnership of 50+ runs giving their team a flying start. Haris Altaf played a solid knock of 37 runs off 26 deliveries where as Rameez Mehboob played a fiery innings of 39 runs off 20 deliveries. Arsalan Amin came in & he played with the same intent. He put up a solid partnership with Abdul Rehman Halari. The duo scored at a healthy rate scoring boundaries at odd intervals. Arsalan Amin played a solid knock of 42 runs off 31 deliveries where as Abdul Rehman Halari scored 30 off 20. The rest of the batting lineup couldn’t do much as the bowlers kept on picking up wickets at regular intervals not allowing the batsmen to settle in. Yaseen Quddus lead the bowling attack as he ripped through the batting lineup single handedly picking up 4 wickets. He found good support from Rehan Hanif who picked up a couple of wickets. Sumya Builder & Gladiators posted a total of 179 runs for the loss of 7 wickets.
Falaknaz Hawks came in to chase this target & were off to a shaky start. Despite loosing 2 wickets inside the powerplay they were scoring at a healthy rate. Talha Ahmedani scored 20 off 13 where as Salman Sanghani played a cameo of 24 runs off 8 deliveries. Rehan Hanif & Adeel Sabuwala contributed with 18 runs each. Adeel Abbasi came in & he played a solid knock of 34 runs off 21 deliveries where as Anas Abdul Sattar Karwa managed to score 18 off 15. The rest of the batting lineup completely collapsed as the bowlers kept on picking up wickets at regular intervals not allowing the batsmen to settle in. Arsalan Amin lead the bowling attack picking up 3 wickets. He found good support from Yousuf Jetpur who picked up a couple of wickets.
