Sumya Builders & Developers went against MF Roomi Strikers on 11th August at the TMC Ground.
Developers started the first innings with Muzammil Bantva, who scored 32 runs off 33 balls. Haris Altaf was smashing at a strike rate of 200, however, he was caught out on Salman Asif’s ball. Saad Asif, the one-down batsman, was the star of the show as he smashed 71 runs off 57 balls. Saad Dawood bagged 2 wickets, while Salman Asif and Abdul Rehman M Rafiq took 1 wicket each.
The second innings was opened by Strikers’ Hamza Altaf and Urwah Zubair. Both lost wickets on low scores of 8 and zero respectively. Saad Dawood remained the highest scorer for the team with his 29 off 21. Mujtaba Raza was the star bowler with 3 wickets. In addition to this, Uzair Parekh took 2 wickets.
The all-round performance by Developers drove them to a win by 25 runs.
