Super Daddy Cricket Club Vs Unfit Legends (ACM Gold Night T20 League)
Rehan Shaikh's magic spell with the ball helped his side to win a one sided encounter again Unfit Legends.
Super Daddy batted first and were off to a reasonable start as both their openers Shehryar Qadir and Shahzad Jumani looked in good touch and played sensibly at the top. Shehryar Qadir was more aggressive in the partnership as he during his innings of 48 smashed 3 humongous sixes. Shahzad Jumani on the other hand was not so aggressive but he played a supportive role. After the openers were dismissed, Unfit Legends came back strongly in the game with Hassan Naqvi leading the way as they destroyed the middle order of Super Daddy. Hassan Naqvi during his spell of 4 over gave away only 17 runs and picked up 3 wickets. In the end Super Daddy managed to post 136.
The hopes were high for Unfit Legends as they were chasing a modest total but it did not go as they planned. Super Daddy bowlers from the start applied pressure on Unfit Legend's batsmen as they lost their openers with very less on the board. It was then up to the middle order to bring their team back in the game but Super Daddy did not allow them to cut lose. Rehan Shaikh on the other hand was having a memorable day as he picked up 4 wickets in his 3 over spell, he kept the pressure on the batsmen and did not give them any loose balls. The entire batting effort from Unfit Legends was a disappointment for their supporters as they were folded for just 82 in their 17 overs.
