Suriya Fighters went against Bouchia CC on 22nd November at Rashid Latif Cricket Academy Ground.
Batting first, Fighters posted a total of 128 runs for the loss of 8 wickets. Abdullah Imran, the opening batter, gave a good start by scoring 30 runs. However, his partner Habib Shoaib lost his wicket on 4 runs only. Arsalan Amin scored 39 runs, hitting a four and a six. Umair Abdul Razzaque bagged 2 wickets while five others bowlers took a wicket each.
Abdul Rehman and Ajmal Siddiq opened the innings, however, they were unable to give a steady start to the team. The batting lineup was sloppy, as Hasnain Bouchia and Shahbaz Attari scored 27 and 31 runs respectively. Arsalan Amin led the bowling attack, dismissing 3 batters. Sadiq Suriya, Mudassir Suriya, Abdul Qadir Suriya, Ali Aslam and Abdullah Imran took a wicket each.
As a result, Fighters restricted Bouchia CC to a score of 112. Hence, winning the match by 16 runs in 19 overs.
