Taheri CC, after opting to bat first, started their innings with opener Taha Qadi come out all guns blazing to score a superb 46 runs in 40 balls with the aid of 7 fours. Fellow teammate Murtaza Hussain continued the momentum with a responsible 34 runs in 35 balls with only 1 four. Hussain Mustafa was the pick of the bowlers for Bohra CC, taking 3 wickets for 34 runs in his 4 overs. Taheri CC ended their 20 overs at a competitive score of 157 runs for the loss of 7 wickets, courtesy of Hussain Ratan who scored 31 runs in only 20 balls with 3 fours.
Bohra CC started their chase in a confident fashion with openers Adnan Ratlam and Idrees Cementwala striking the ball cleanly. Adnan scoring a confident 24 runs in 20 balls (2 fours and 2 sixes) while Idrees strengthened his teams position with a 21 ball knock of 33 runs with 5 fours. The middle order duo of Naeem Tayyab and Huzaifa Mandvi continued the flow of runs, scoring 26 and 24 runs respectively, sharing 2 fours and 2 sixes between them. However the Taheri CC bowlers fought back with Hussain Gadi, Juzer Parekh and Hussain Shakir taking 2 wickets each. Thus Bohra CC were restricted to 141 runs in their 20 overs.
Taheri CC won the match by 16 runs.
