Halari Hawks batted first against Jetpur Strikers at the Memon Cricket League (MCL). The team however were in disarray losing wickets consistently, unable to get a partnership going or keep the scoreboard ticking. After openers Yousuf Halari and Noman Ampara were dismissed for 15 and 13 runs respectively the subsequent batsmen were out in single digits. Dawood Dawson's 19 and Abdul Rehman's 24 were the only saving grace for their side as Halari Hawks ended at 116 for 9 in 20 overs. Jetpur bowlers did well to keep the pressure on with Owais Arif turning up for his side with 4 wickets.
In response, Jetpur were off to a flying start in the chase with Usman Ghani turning up for his side. His fiery 60 off 25 balls included 4 sixes with partner Adamjee providing support with a handy 24. Eventually, Abdur Rehman Bawany's 20 helped Jetpur comfortably over the line in 14.1 overs. Hawks bowler Suleman Saleem picked up 2 wickets.
