Viper United lost by 18 runs to Unity on 19-9-2015 in the 3rd MTAX CPL match played at Moin Khan Academy.
Unity were put in to bat first and managed to post 183 on the board courtesy of some exceptional batting from the middle order led by Adeel Mansha who scored 43 of 37. Aleem Omar was the pick of the bowlers for Viper United grabbing 3 wickets in his 2 overs.
Viper United got off to the perfect start with both openers kicking off. Mubashir Fayyaz top scored with 72 while his opening partner Asif Manna got 44. However, Unity made a fantastic comeback as Rehan Anwar dismissed Mubashir Fayyaz. Bilal Qaiser and Ali Nasir then dismantled the Viper United line up leaving Asif Manna to hold fort alone as a collapse ensued on the other end, causing the Vipers to fall 18 runs short of the target.
