Vital Tea defeated A & D Dawson in a match in the SPL Season 5.
Batting first, A & D Dawson lost one opener for only 1 run. The other opener, Ammar Pasta, scored 18 runs off 32 balls. Abdur Rehman tried to help his team with a knock of 28 off 41 balls. However, his efforts were not enough as the team managed a very low score of only 71 runs. Saad Dawood and Osama Ayub took 2 wickets each and were backed by a strong bowling attack, who bowled economical spells.
Vital Tea wasted no opportunities to score and their openers Farhan Maxi and Saad Saleem Khanani made 15 runs and 18 runs respectively. Fareed Aghas’ 32 not out off 11 balls helped the team cruise to victory and it was impossible for the bowlers to restrict their opponent.
Vital Tea won by 9 wickets.
