Waris & Nadeem came in to bat first & were off to a flyer. Despite loosing a wicket early on they were scoring at a healthy rate. Aqib Mamdani & Aqeel Mamdani put up a partnership of 50+ runs. Aqib Mamdani scored 24 runs off 28 deliveries. Aqeel Mamdani scored a solid 34 off 32 deliveries. Ammar Riaz jafrani came in & he played a solid knock of 33 runs off 27 deliveries. The rest of the batting lineup couldn’t do much as the bowlers were able to pickup crucial wickets towards the back end of the innings. Saad Abid Gatta & Adnan Pasta managed to pickup a couple of wickets each. Waris & Nadeem posted a total of 140 runs for the loss of 6 wickets.
Tawakkal Strikers came in to chase this target & were off to a shaky start loosing 2 wickets early on. Faisal Ghaziani & Sabeer Gaba then put up a decent partnership but were unable to do much as they scored 19 & 11 runs respectively. Once the duo dismissed the bowlers dominated the innings. Batsmen seemed to have no answer to such brutal bowling as the bowlers kept on picking up wickets at quick successions not allowing the batsmen to settle in. The batting team never found their footings as wickets kept on falling in clusters. Ammar Riaz jafrani tore apart the batting lineup picking up 4 wickets. Ye found good support from Ammar Pasta & Salman Asif who picked up a couple of wickets each. Tawakkal Strikers were bowled out for 50 runs in 14.2 overs.
