Wonder Boys met Super Star CC in 13th Challengers Cup at Eastern Star Morning
Wonder Boys batted first their openers Imran Ali and Madni Bawany were removed early by Waqar Hafeez. Abdullah and Daniyal stabilized the innings after early blows Daniyal went on to score 97 runs at a strike rate of more than 195 hitting 5 sixes in the process, whereas Abdullah got out 1 run short of his half century. Wonder Boys end up scoring 191 runs.
Super Star CC openers Shahrukh and Kamal started really slowly but they couldn't survive more than 6 overs, Owais also came in and got out early. Waqas Hafeez was the only batsmen who really showed some character scoring 61 runs hitting 9 fours, but at the other end wickets were falling at regular intervals. At the end Super CC were 33 runs short.
