Vanthali A XI batted first and were off to a rocky start, losing opener Ahmed for duck! The team lost wickets regularly, unable to take off at any point. Wonder Boys bowled aggressively to uproot the opposition with Imran Ali leading the attack with 4 key wickets. Sajid also did his fair share damage, taking 3 wickets in his spell of 4 overs. Wonder Boys stumbled in their chase early on in the innings, losing opener Zeeshan for just 12 runs. His partner Daniyal however scored a match-winning knock of 48 runs to set the foundation for an easy win for his side. Mustaf Nepal and Faizan fought hard to defend their total, picking up 2 wickets each but were unable to stop the Wonder Boys from victory. Contributions by Madni Bawany (26)and Farooq (15) eventually helped Wonder Boys chase the target in 16.1 overs.
