Zam Zam Sports v Al-Akhwan (20 over match)
Al-Akhwan batted first and were off to disastrous start, losing opener Asad to a beautiful piece of fielding! The team fumbled throughout the innings, losing wickets regularly, unable to capitalize on decent starts. Siddiqui (25), Rashid (26) and Farhan (22) contributed runs with the bat but did not take off at any point of the innings. Akram Khan, M. Mustafa and Farhan Sheikh were the star bowlers, striking at key times, picking up 7 wickets and stopping the flow of runs. Al-Akhwan's batsmen were helpless against the bowling attack and were eventually bowled out for 117 runs in 20 overs.
Zam Zam Sports lost their opener Asif Usman for duck and were off to a rocky start.
