Zenith Win 19th Super Challengers Cup

United Stars batted first against Zenith Associates at the Super Challengers Cup final.

Stars batsmen however crumbled under pressure with their top order losing wickets cheaply and the rest of the team falling apart. Abdul Rehman was the only exceptional with a much-needed contribution of 50 off 44 which included 4 fours to help their side reach 123 for 9 in 20 overs. Zenith bowlers kept things tight with Muqarram Waheed Khan turning up for his side in a key 4 wicket spell. Umer Khan also took 2 wickets.

In response, Zenith Associates had the upper hand going in to the chase but lost opener Yasir Bangash for just 3 runs. With a modest total to chase however the team chipped away at the target with Ejaz Shah's 30 and Daniyal Liaquat's 40 off 23 proving to be enough. They chase down the target in 18.4 overs. Stars bowlers however put up a good fight with Fayyaz Hussain taking 4 wickets and Azhar Ali Shah picking up a couple.

Zenith Associates won the match by 2 wickets and were crowned champions.
